Refund policy

Every Reclaimed Press ebook is a DRM-free EPUB file, delivered by download link straight after purchase.

14 days, no questions. If you are not happy with a purchase for any reason, email hello@reclaimedpress.com within 14 days of your order with your order number, and we will refund the full price to your original payment method. You do not need to give a reason.

Files that will not open. If a download fails or a file will not open on your device, write to the same address. We will send a working copy or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Refunds are issued through Shopify Payments. Your bank or card issuer usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.

After 14 days, sales are final, except where the law where you live gives you further rights.
